Driver PERFORMANCE Coach

IndyCar Rookie of the Year and multiple North American champion, Raphael “Rafa” Matos brings experience from the highest levels of professional motorsport. He works closely with Lucca on driving technique, racecraft, race preparation and overall driver performance, helping translate elite-level experience into continuous development on and off the track.

 

DANILO RAMALHO

Driver Development Coach

Multiple-time Brazilian Kart Champion and founder of D2 Motors, Danilo Ramalho has spent decades developing competitive drivers and race-winning equipment in Brazil and the United States. He works closely with Lucca on chassis setup, technical development, data analysis and continuous driver improvement, ensuring every session delivers measurable progress.
